Please join us as we celebrate the opening of Community Matters, a nonprofit entity that will oversee all of the community outreach & social service programs offered by LPHCS.
At Community Matters, we use a collaborative approach and design programs & initiatives with our neighbors at our side. The amazing community of Lower Price Hill has told us that we should re-open our thrift store and food pantry, should open a laundromat, and should have classes that enable people to access the local economy. So, that is what we are doing.
We are also going to host the neighborhood’s resource center so that our neighbors have access to services from the State to which they may otherwise not have access.
For a comprehensive overview of the programs to be offered by Community Matters, please see this story from the Cincinnati Business Courier which first ran on March 14th, 2014: http://
Our friends at Taste of Belgium will be providing heavy bites for the party, and of course their one of a kind bar serving craft beer from the world over will be open and ready to serve.
Cost of admission is $25. Get tickets through Eventbrite HERE. Invite all of your friends, and kick off your week in style!
