
After six years of coordinated efforts, we’re delighted to announce that Community Matters, Over-the-Rhine Community Housing, and residents of the Lower Price Hill neighborhood will be breaking ground on the Lower Price Hill Thrives affordable housing project.The project was created to address the lack of affordable housing in the community, and over the next 18 months this project will create 47 affordable apartments as well as 3 retail spaces. Construction will be led by HGC Construction.We invite you to join us as we celebrate this win for the Lower Price Hill neighborhood!
